Entre os dias 13 de abril e 07 de maio de 2017, a capital paranaense receberá a 15ª edição da Curitiba Restaurant Week. Os restaurantes que tiverem interesse em participar do principal evento gastronômico do país já podem se inscrever, entrando em contato pelo atendimento@restaurantweek.com.br. Para esta próxima edição, os restaurantes irão levar às mesas pratos com ingredientes marcantes ou pouco conhecidos pelo público, aproveitando o festival para mostrar novidades e tendências da gastronomia. “Com o tema Descoberta de Sabores, o objetivo é desafiar a criatividade dos chefs para proporcionarem novas experiências gastronômicas ao curitibano”, afirma o porta-voz nacional do evento, Fernando Reis.
