O modelo de negócio fast casual está conquistando cada vez mais o mercado e fidelizando clientes. Pensando nesse conceito, em 2014, o chef Deco Sadigursk inaugurou um food truck com proposta do hambúrguer nova-iorquino. O sucesso foi instantâneo, o negócio saiu das ruas para ganhar endereços próprios, e a marca The Black Beef foi criada, sendo pioneira no Brasil em fast casual. O restaurante, que virou franquia nacional e tem como sócio o ator Caio Castro, tem unidades em Maceió, Brasília, Goiânia, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte e Uberlândia, e agora chega a Curitiba e abre para o público no dia 14 de junho, quinta-feira.
