Sete de Setembro inicia a temporada de Festival de Sopas. O buffet será servido todos os dias, das 18h às 21h, em porções de 250 e 450 gramas. Também em embalagem para viagem, de 750g. "Os clientes poderão escolher entre opções de sopas, caldos e cremes. Teremos receitas variadas durante a semana, além de acompanhamentos especiais.", conta a chefe e empresária Camila Kaminski. São 13 sabores rotativos, sempre 3 cremes e 3 sopas diariamente. Os sabores rotativos são: Creme de Abóbora com Gengibre, Creme de Aipim com Carne Seca, Creme de Batata Salsa com Alho Poró, Creme de Ervilha, Creme de Abóbora com Gengibre, Creme de Batata Salsa com Alho Poró, Sopa Eslava, Sopa de Legumes, Sopa de Cebola, Caldinho de Feijão, Caldo de Capelleti, Canja e Caldo de Capelleti.
