O Poder Judiciário brasileiro e sua atuação estão entre os temas mais debatidos no país, devido principalmente à Operação Lava-Jato. O ministro aposentado do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Francisco Rezek vem à capital paranaense no dia 12 de agosto, e apresenta a palestra “O Modelo Brasileiro da Justiça como Poder do Estado”, desmistificando dúvidas que preocupam os profissionais do Direito e a população. Rezek, que foi duas vezes Ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e Juiz da Corte Internacional de Justiça (ONU), aceitou o convite do Centro Universitário Internacional Uninter para ministrar a aula magna e participar do lançamento da revista do Mestrado em Direito da instituição. “Um assunto importante tratado por uma autoridade como o ministro Rezek, é uma oportunidade não só para nossos alunos, mas para políticos, advogados, juízes e toda a comunidade de Curitiba”, afirma Débora Veneral, diretora da Escola Superior de Gestão Pública, Política e Jurídica da Uninter.
